Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 190 properties, ensuring timely rent collection and minimizing rental arrears
  • Effectively communicate with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Conduct regular rent and lease reviews to ensure compliance with agreements
  • Work closely with our Leasing Consultant and Administrator to ensure seamless support
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably with a Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
