We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Manage repairs and maintenance of properties
  • Arrears control and rent collection
  • Complete ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend NCAT hearings when required
Requirements
  • Previous property management experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
