Job Title: Cluster Revenue Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Revenue Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing room sales across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret historical data to forecast future trends and opportunities in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Collaborate with hotel managers to set rate plans and restrictions that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
