The Role:

Assistant Account Executive

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Senior Account Managers and clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless execution of activities.

  • Assist Senior Account Managers in delivering high-level client service and achieving business objectives.
  • Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Build strong relationships with insurers and clients, addressing queries and responding promptly to maintain a positive experience.
  • Process simple endorsements, remove suspended transactions, manage sunrise policies, and cancel policies as required.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • To assist senior account managers to deliver excellent customer service and meet business targets.
  • Compile new business quote information and renewal data for the account managers.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with insurers and clients.
  • Ensure all delegated tasks are completed within agreed parameters.
  • Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, and suspensions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • A good understanding of the insurance industry and its trends.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing.
  • Proficient MS Excel skills and ability to organize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with ability to learn and use multiple software systems efficiently.
