Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused representative to join our call centre team in Malaga. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a group of companies in the Perth market, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
The successful applicant will be responsible for reconnecting with existing clients, generating leads and sales, and delivering consistent customer service and contact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconnecting with existing clients
- Generating leads and sales
- Introducing call cycle patterns for multiple areas of the group
- Escalating complicated calls to managers
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, particularly listening skills, and a genuine customer service focus. Prior contact centre or reception experience is highly desirable but not essential.
