We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service in our dental practice.

About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, inquiries, and billing. They will also handle payment processing and provide general administrative support to the clinical team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting patients with a warm smile and making them feel at ease.
- Managing patient appointments and inquiries.
- Handling billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and friendly personality
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (ideally dental)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience as a dental assistant (DA) preferred
