As a Strategic Workforce Planning Lead, you will be responsible for transforming communities through innovative workforce planning strategies.
You will lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce planning initiatives that contribute to the success and growth of our mission. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust workforce planning framework, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met, and providing insights and recommendations based on internal and external workforce trends.
About YouYou are a strategic thinker with over 8 years of experience in workforce planning. You have successfully implemented organisational-wide initiatives and have a deep understanding of workforce trends and their impact on service delivery.
Your Key Capabilities- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and the ability to analyse workforce data and make strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust workforce planning framework aligned with the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure that workforce needs are met, both now and for the next 3-5 years.
- Work alongside other teams to integrate volunteer & student placement-based workforce strategies, driving growth and engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on internal and external workforce trends to ensure our teams are equipped for success.
- Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and safe working environment that champions diversity, values every individual, and fosters a culture of belonging.
