About the Role:This business has an established footprint in Brisbane and Sydney and will see the successful candidate impact the success of the Victorian operations by establishing a strong presence in the Melbourne market through extensive business development efforts and winning HSE client projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective Work Health and Safety strategies and solutions for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on Work Health and Safety best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives.
- At least 3-5 years HSE consulting experience in a Work, Health and Safety consultancy.
- A track record of success in servicing work, health and safety client projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma qualified and certified in occupational health and safety, or occupational hygiene.
- Leverage off the other states to win opportunities in the market.
- Mix of on-site & hybrid work | central CBD offices in the heart of Melbourne.
- Manage future pipeline of HSE work for the Melbourne office.
