Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Development:

  • Foster an outstanding guest experience by proactively addressing concerns and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for guest issues, ensuring swift resolutions.

Business Growth & Innovation:

  • Champion initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve functions and expand service offerings, contributing to increased revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that build on brand strengths and promote sustainable growth.

Problem Solving & Crisis Management:

  • Tackle operational challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure smooth service during your shift.

Administrative & Financial Duties:

  • Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and daily financial reconciliations.
  • Support the execution of cost-control measures and promotional initiatives that align with growth objectives.
