As a skilled Event Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of event specialists to ensure seamless execution of events at our hotel. Your expertise in customer service and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide top-notch support to clients and internal stakeholders.

Working closely with the venue management team, you will maintain a high level of presentation standards throughout the property. This includes preparing venues for events, supervising setup and break-down, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized.

In addition to your technical skills, you will play a key role in training and developing the event operations team. This will involve designing and delivering training programs to enhance their knowledge and skills, as well as mentoring them to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
