Job Description

In this exciting role as an APS5 Internal Review Officer (Case Manager), you will work with participants to gather information regarding review requests, inform them about decisions, reviews, and the appeals process. You will also undertake evidence-based decision making, monitor and manage caseloads, and contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather information from participants regarding review requests and inform them about decisions, reviews, and the appeals process.
  • Undertake evidence-based decision making in accordance with the Act, rules, Operational Guidelines, and agency policies.
  • Manage caseloads to ensure internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
  • Proven case management experience is essential for success in this position.
