Logistics Solutions Specialist

The role of a Logistics Solutions Specialist is critical in providing flawless logistics solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement and management of customer orders with overseas partners, service providers, and internal operations teams.
  • Provide customers with updated statuses of inbound orders and deliveries via order management systems and reports.
  • Liaise with customers, carriers, service providers, and overseas partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through effective responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain strong rapport with customers and service providers.
  • Provide direction and support to internal departments to enhance team performance.
  • Attend client visits when necessary to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain accurate client costings to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or end-to-end Import Operations with an International Freight Forwarder.
  • Strong background in logistics and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is advantageous.
