Freight Management Professional

This is a critical leadership role within our freight solutions team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating staff to ensure timely and accurate freight delivery. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with strong customer service skills and knowledge of internal freight management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with domestic and global customer service teams
  • Manage lost and damaged freight, and relevant reporting
  • Build relationships with key customer service managers and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Accurate typing skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent customer service relations
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of internal freight management systems

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of freight management systems and processes.
