We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant for a new Hair Transplant Clinic in Bondi Junction.

The role is part-time for 1 day a week (8 hours) with ad-hoc days as needed.

Responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking patient appointments and managing recalls
- Billing, receipting, and claiming of patient accounts
- Sourcing and scanning documents and data entry both pre & post consultation
- Working as part of a team and individually
- Taking payments by EFTPOS or Stripe
- Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area
- Stock control and ordering

The Clinic is easily accessible, only a 2-3 minute walk from Bondi Junction train and bus stations.
