We are now expanding into our second clinic in Sydney, and we are looking for a Hair Transplant Doctor to take on a clinical leadership role and join our team as a partial partner in this exciting new clinic.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Hair Transplant Doctor to lead the clinical operations at our newest Sydney clinic, scheduled to open in late 2025 or early 2026. As a 15-20% owner of the clinic, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the growth of the business, while benefiting from the established trust, brand strength, and reputation that Hair Doctors brings.

This role will involve but is not limited to performing hair transplant procedures, consultations, and supervising nurse-led surgeries. You will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, ensuring high standards of patient care, and leading a team of medical professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hair Transplant Procedures: Perform high-quality hair transplant surgeries, utilising the DHI (Direct Hair Implantation) technique.
• Consultations: Assess patient needs, provide consultations, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Supervision: Oversee and guide the nurse-led surgeries, ensuring that all procedures meet the highest medical standards.
• Clinical Leadership: Lead the clinical team, setting standards for patient care, procedure protocols, and surgical excellence.
• Patient Care: Provide exceptional care to patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.
• Clinic Growth: Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for expanding the clinic's reputation, patient base, and overall success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 12 month experience in hair transplant surgery, with a preference of the DHI implanting technique.
• Surgical Expertise: Ability to extract and implant grafts per day with precision and quality.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to guide a team of medical professionals and lead by example.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues alike.
• AHPRA Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a medical practitioner.
• Indemnity cover: Maintain appropriate medical indemnity insurance at all times to ensure full coverage for all clinical work performed.

• Competitive Salary: A base salary of $400,000 - $ per annum depending on number of procedures performed, in addition to percentage end of year profits.
