Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Kewdale. As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to diverse customer sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair air compressors, fit and assemble machinery parts, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on solutions for repairs and modifications of air compressors and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose air compressors to identify issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance on air compressors and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Install and assemble new equipment and machinery parts as required.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in mechanical or fitter work.
- Compressed air experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Valid driver's license to travel to customer sites.
