Rentokil Initial is seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Planner to join their Perth-based hygiene team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to give clear instructions.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organizing and scheduling regular field service activities in the Hygiene Team
  • Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to the line Manager
  • Organizing installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations
  • Responding to customer enquiries/complaints on service and arranging necessary non-routine service calls
  • Dealing with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System
  • Ensuring all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements
  • Providing ongoing reports requested by management in relation to items such as state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity, and customer retention
  • Maintaining reporting spreadsheets within timeframes

The successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills, strong time management skills, and previous experience in a similar role or fast-paced office environment.

As part of the recruitment process, the candidate will be required to complete the pre-employment medical and reference checks.
