Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site plumbing activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the plumbing team, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and timely project completion.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide reports to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Use Aconex for effective document management and project communication, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members on site.
Requirements:
  • Cert III or IV in Plumbing or similar relevant qualification.
  • White card.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role, ideally within the commercial construction sector.
  • Solid experience using Aconex for document management and project coordination.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
