
Forensic Investigator

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze evidence from crime scenes to aid in investigations and prosecutions.
- Perform forensic examinations of DNA, fingerprints, and other physical evidence to identify patterns and connections.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of all forensic work performed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to facilitate the timely and efficient processing of forensic evidence.
Requirements:
- A degree or higher in a science-related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics) is preferred.
- Experience working in a scientific laboratory setting, preferably with exposure to forensic analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration and presentation of findings.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is crucial in this role.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
Working Conditions:
