About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our accelerator program. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery and coordination of the 4-month programs, planning and executing local events programming with support from our central team.\
  • The accelerators will support up to 12 startups at any one time, and you will coordinate a team of 60+ operations staff, connecting founders to our operational experts and support sessions workshops. Your goal will be to create a seamless experience for startups, providing them with the resources and support they need to grow and succeed.\
  • Your key responsibilities will include partnering with startups and program teams to align objectives and confirm the program of support, attending regular startup program meetings, identifying requirements, opportunities, and problems, managing internal resources and ensuring our CRM is kept up-to-date and relevant, managing the accelerator calendar, documentation, notes, collateral, and other administrative tasks, helping manage inbound business development requests from startups in the program and alumni network, and delivering end-to-end local events programming, including event listing and promotion, sending invitations, tracking attendance, gathering feedback, organising logistics, and running events on the day.\
  • To succeed in this role, you will need 1-3 years of prior experience working in a high-growth startup or similar environment, a background in operations, project management, and/or events, an understanding of challenges faced by corporates and founders and ability to build strong relationships, a drive to find solutions and curiosity for disruptive business models and ways of working, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.\
