Overview

EverAbility Group (encompassing Guide Dogs WA & Tasmania, VisAbility, and Kites Disability Services) is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager – Marketing to lead brand positioning, customer experience, and integrated marketing across WA and Tasmanian operations. Lead purpose-led brand strategy and customer experience across WA & Tasmania, and shape multi-channel marketing and campaigns for Australia's trusted community-serving organisations.

The role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving an integrated, purpose-led brand and marketing strategy across all operations in Western Australia and Tasmania. Position our family of brands as sector leaders through storytelling, multi-channel engagement, and customer-centred experiences that inspire trust, drive growth, and strengthen long-term community connection.

The role

The Senior Program Manager – Marketing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving an integrated, purpose-led brand and marketing strategy across all operations in Western Australia and Tasmania. You will position our family of brands as sector leaders through compelling storytelling, multi-channel engagement, and customer-centred experiences that inspire trust, drive growth, and strengthen long-term community connection.

What you will be doing
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute holistic marketing strategy aligned with organisational mission.
  • Brand & Customer Experience – Lead brand strategy and architect brand assets to support purpose-led, customer-first approaches.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns – Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, media, print, and events.
  • Data and Reporting – Manage and maintain comprehensive data to assist executive reporting and decision making.
  • Systems and Platforms – Identify, implement and maintain systems that support efficiencies and execution.
  • Budget management – Prepare and manage operational budgets aligned with business delivery, including external contracts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships across all areas of business and with the broader community.
  • Team & Operational Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire marketing team, ensuring compliance, impact and excellence.
What you will bring
  • Senior marketing leadership in a complex, multi-brand and/or multi-region environment.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, reputation management, and purpose-driven storytelling.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel strategies with measurable impact.
  • Strong capability in customer experience design and inclusive communications.
  • Data-driven marketer with skills in insights, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the NFP environment (experience in disability, health, or social purpose desirable).
  • Understanding of NDIS and government funded client support.
