Senior Property Leader

Our client is a reputable Real Estate agency based in Newstead looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager who is looking to step up into a Leadership role.
- Manage a rent roll of 220 properties with full assistance from a Junior PM
- Training and mentoring staff members
- Arrears management
- Bond management
- Overseeing maintenance
- Manage rent increases, reviews, terminations and lease renewals
- Key handover
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Attend QCAT if and when required
Please note that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate Leadership and Property Management.
- Positive and results driven attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in property-related software
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
