We are currently seeking experienced leaders to fill leadership roles in our Property Management team. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of property managers, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing guidance on complex matters.

  • Over 10 years of experience in Residential Property Management
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
  • Strong people management and conflict resolution skills

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and flexibility skills, as well as experience in Property Management or Onsite Management. They will be able to provide operational support to a group of onsite managers, conduct leasing, inspections, and property administration, and perform general property coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leasing, inspections, and property administration
  • General property coordination
  • Saturday leasing required (once per fortnight)
