About the Role
  • We are seeking a qualified Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team.

This role involves performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks, as well as conducting customer-focused breakdown services. You will be responsible for recording notes and filing service records appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled and breakdown services for our customers
  • Record notes and file service records in a timely manner
  • Provide high-level customer service to help our customers solve their material handling needs
  • Access industry-leading training and development opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of emerging technologies in automation and telematics
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products and services
  • Work closely with our team to maximise additional sales and service across a dedicated customer base

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge is required, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
