We are seeking multiple passionate Personal Care Assistants to join our care team at North Turramurra. We have casual, part-time and full time vacancies across all shifts.

**The Role**

To provide personal care and/or domestic assistance support services to residents as allocated by the Shift Supervisor and/or Village Manager. Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Providing personal care as requested by the resident and in line with the resident's care plan (where documented)

- Responding to emergency call outs

- Understanding and implementing care plans and assist with delivery of activities (social, physical, emotional)

- Provision of manual handling to assist residents with daily tasks

**About You**

Demonstrating experience in a similar role, you will have proven yourself as a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant who treats residents with dignity and respect. Further, you will have:

- At least 6 months experience in a similar role in Australia

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)

- Valid First aid / CPR certificates (mandatory)

- Previous experience working in community or aged care would be highly regarded

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel to and from our village (We are located in North Turramurra, Sydney)
