Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with various teams, including Trading, Structuring, DCM, Syndicate, and Research, to provide comprehensive client coverage on credit products. This will involve identifying market drivers, understanding the needs of our clients, and executing trades in primary and secondary markets.

Your role will also involve pitching ideas, providing market updates, and ensuring compliance with the firm's risk management policies and applicable legal/regulatory rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client coverage
  • Develop a deep understanding of market drivers and credit products
  • Execute trades in primary and secondary markets to meet client needs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and risk management policies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Credit sales or related field

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Credit products, including Corporate Bonds, RMBS/ABS, CDS, Credit indices, and Repo
  • Ability to identify market drivers and understand client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
