Wellbeing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program at Bunbury Gardens Care Community.
As a Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for developing opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events, and activities for all residents. You will drive Opal HealthCare initiatives, including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands, and curate programs to support residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life.
You will work closely with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence. You will also coach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents and liaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs and preferences.
