The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Person Centred Care principles and be able to work collaboratively with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide a tailored approach for each resident. You'll also be responsible for coaching care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents and liaising with residents and their families to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social, and physical needs.
