Job Title: Experienced Casual Animal Attendant

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated casual animal attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of our cat hotel, including check-ins, check-outs, and general puddycat care.
  • Keep hotel and clinic areas spotless and hygienic following cleaning protocols.
  • Monitor animal health and behaviour, reporting concerns promptly.
  • Administer medications as directed by the vet team.
  • Provide friendly, professional service at reception and over the phone.
  • Engage cats in play and enrichment to keep them stimulated and content.
  • Maintain accurate records of care, feeding, and any issues noted.
  • Assist vets with handling pets during exams and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional animal care setting (cat experience highly regarded).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Genuine passion for animal welfare and high standards of care.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to cleanliness and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
