Night Caregiver Position

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Caregiver to provide overnight care for a 20-month-old child in Bellevue Hill, NSW.

We are looking for someone who can commit to as many nights as possible over a period of six weeks. The successful candidate will work from 10pm to 7am, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the child's physical and emotional needs during overnight shifts.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for the child.
  • Establish a consistent routine and engage in activities that promote the child's development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's needs and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Maternity Nanny.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Two referees who can be contacted to verify your experience.
  • Relevant qualifications for a Maternity Nanny.
  • Australian Work Authorisation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
