Cyber Security IAM Expert

The University of New South Wales is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security IAM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security Enablement Program, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to strengthen our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and standards to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the technical implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on IAM-related issues to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in shaping and driving the security design and deployment of major cyber security transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach/solution is developed.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to develop effective relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
