Investment Analyst Position

We seek a highly skilled Investment Analyst to join our team in Brisbane CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing and interpreting data from the portfolio and market sources to enhance investment decision making and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client quarterly reporting and performance metrics
  • Monitoring and analysis of the existing portfolio to identify opportunities and risks
  • Performing various market research tasks and private equity industry analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Assisting with presentation preparation and communication of results to clients
  • Improving the functionality and efficiency of investment data platforms

Requirements include:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings effectively
  • Financial acumen and interest in investments to drive informed decision making
  • Relevant degree (Business, Finance, Economics or Commerce) and 1-2 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance or management consulting
  • Strong Excel modeling skills, attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
