The Executive Director City Futures will lead us to achieve significant investment, economic growth, and ensure excellence in planning and infrastructure for our municipality.


This role will foster partnerships to develop and realise our long-term goals and objectives.


Tideri Jobbörse is a leading council in climate change and sustainability planning and strategy, with a strong manufacturing hub and businesses at the forefront of groundbreaking projects, including electric vehicles, robotics, AI, and hydrogen infrastructure.


To be considered, we are seeking applications from executive leaders who are politically astute and can demonstrate contemporary and strategic leadership, a customer-centric attitude, and strong cultural values.


You will bring proven experience leading transformation projects, uplifting technical capability, and embedding sector-leading practices.


We are looking for someone with a track record of leading and empowering multi-disciplinary staff, fostering a positive workplace culture, and building high-performing teams.


With a background in engineering, planning, investment, or infrastructure, you have a track record of developing and delivering significant programs and projects.

We offer a competitive salary package of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
