The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to the community by handling incoming calls and counter enquiries with a warm and welcoming experience. This position requires strong communication skills, experience working in an office environment and proven proficiency in using computer information systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Directing incoming calls to relevant departments ensuring efficient communication
- Assisting customers at the counter to provide a positive experience
- Accurately and efficiently performing cashier duties
- Providing support with general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering excellent results
- Experience working within an office environment including cash handling and computer literacy
- Proven proficiency in using computer information systems including word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to accurately count and balance large sums of money
