- As Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in driving our business forward by providing strategic financial guidance and leadership.
- With a strong commercial background and proven business acumen, you'll be able to develop and implement financial models, cash flow management, forecasting, tax management and budgeting strategies that align with our overall goals.
- You'll also be responsible for managing teams, leading by example and fostering a positive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Your expertise will help us achieve our mission of making the world a better place for women and girls, and we're committed to supporting your growth and development throughout your career with us.

About you:

  • \
  • Qualified CA or CPA\
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (industry experience will be highly regarded)\
  • Ideally a mix of large Corporate and Entrepreneurial company exposure\
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment\
  • Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect\
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively\
  • Experience in leading, influencing and managing teams\
  • Strong financial modelling, cash flow management, forecasting, tax management and budgeting skills\
  • Possess a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) and wow your clients and co-workers every day\
