Business Lending Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled business lending professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of business operations, and experience in credit assessment and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing banking support to customers, helping them start, run and grow their businesses. This includes handling inbound calls or appointment requests, engaging in outbound customer contacts, and delivering high-quality customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Knowledge of business operations, transaction banking, and working capital solutions.
  • Proficient in credit assessment and management.
  • Business development skills, including partnering with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives.
  • Relationship management skills, including building, maintaining and influencing relationships.
  • Financial acumen, including knowledge of financial terminology and financial statements.
