Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a multi-residential project in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

The project involves the development of 32 townhouses on the Northside of Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the project team to achieve project objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs and resources

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
