Job Opportunity

Zerocap is a pioneering digital asset trading firm providing trading and liquidity solutions to forward-thinking institutions and investors.

We are seeking a Senior Settlements Officer to oversee day-to-day settlements, guide the team, and lead process improvements that boost accuracy, efficiency, and client experience.

  • Oversee settlements for OTC, derivatives, and structured products.
  • Ensure settlement processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex settlement issues.
  • Support and mentor settlement analysts to lift capability.
  • Reconcile trades, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Work with counterparties, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, SLAs, and risk controls.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and better reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in settlements, trading operations, middle office, or treasury (financial, FX, or crypto).

They should have solid knowledge of settlement processes, reconciliations, and risk controls, as well as experience in crypto markets, blockchain settlements, or wallet management.

The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
