We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Geelong, Victoria.
Our company revolutionizes the way payment solutions are delivered, with innovative and flexible options tailored to meet the unique needs of local government billing in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also be proficient in database management, including SQL Server and PowerBI.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of billing data for our diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data analysis and processing: handling data tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
- Customer interaction: providing exceptional support by responding to inquiries and meeting deadlines;
- Problem solving: methodically resolving data issues and contributing to broader problem-solving efforts;
- Communication skills: possessing excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of SQL queries;
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred;
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growing company;
- Positive attitude and plenty of energy;
- Proactive, motivated, and prepared to show initiative.
