The Audit Office of New South Wales is seeking a seasoned technology professional to fill the role of Senior Technology Strategist. This key position plays a vital part in our leadership team, driving forward-thinking solutions that meet business needs and align with our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an information technology strategy that delivers value to the Audit Office's corporate objectives.
- Ensure the organization's IT services, infrastructure, and systems are optimized to meet business requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop change management strategies, focusing on information technology initiatives.
- Proactively manage critical events to prevent disruptions to our IT systems, capabilities, and services.
- Advocate for technology solutions that support delivery of our Corporate Plan and drive business growth.
- Lead the Information Services team to achieve the Audit Office's vision, mission, values, goals, and strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in a senior technology leadership role, demonstrating the ability to execute and deliver technology strategy. They will also need to possess a deep understanding of digital transformation practices, experience in developing disaster recovery and cyber security plans, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
