Job Title

Air Conditioning Technician is required to provide exceptional service, repairs, and installations of industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and overhauls of refrigeration systems, diagnosing and repairing faults, and replacing defective components.
  • Maintain air conditioning systems, including changing filters, refilling refrigerants, and cleaning air ducts.
  • Repairing and maintaining freezers, blast rooms, and coolers in a refrigeration facility.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete appointments and repairs on time.
  • Restore all equipment to its original working condition by troubleshooting and cleaning.
  • Fill the system with refrigerant after removing test gas and fluid with vacuum pumps.
  • Review drawings and specifications that identify job requirements and layout reference points for installation.
  • Analyze major malfunctions and breakdowns of heating and air conditioning systems, then troubleshoot to identify the cause.
  • Adjust and test refrigeration systems and fill systems with gas or fluid to check for leaks.

Requirements:

  • A certificate of proficiency in Air Conditioning Refrigeration Mechanic.
  • Minimum one year's highly relevant work experience in a service industry.
