About the Role- We are seeking an experienced Compliance Governance Specialist to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise-wide compliance framework.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management within highly regulated industries, ideally in online wagering, gambling, or broader financial services industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand is essential, including AML/CTF, Safer Gambling, privacy laws, and advertising standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive enterprise-wide compliance framework to meet regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee the implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to raise awareness of compliance risks and the importance of adherence to organisational policies.
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring systems to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls, identifying gaps and implementing remediation plans.
- Provide regular compliance reports to Head of Compliance and Senior Management, including insights and recommendations.
