About The Role

As the IT Governance and Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our IT team by coordinating governance tasks, ensuring that QLeave's IT policies, procedures, and risk controls align with industry best practices and legislative requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to QLeave's broader risk management framework and to ensure exceptional governance standards across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Co-develop, document, and periodically review IT policies and procedures
  2. Coordinate contributions from multiple authors to create clear, concise documentation
  3. Foster collaborative relationships and engage in negotiations to support decision-making
  4. Contribute to organisational risk management and audit activities
  5. Analyse and interpret legislative documents and research to inform IT policy decisions
  6. Manage competing priorities effectively and deliver outcomes on time while maintaining governance compliance

We Are Seeking a Professional With

  1. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in policy documentation
  3. A solid understanding of IT governance frameworks and best practices
  4. The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation
  5. Experience in conducting in-depth research and applying it to policy analysis and development
  6. A comprehensive understanding of legislative environments related to IT and governance
