Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our global Legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering worldwide subsidiary governance and corporate governance-related projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the governance requirements and obligations of Waters' 50+ subsidiaries, including US and non-US entities.
  • Administer Waters' Section 16 and Insider Programs.
  • Implement and monitor governance processes (e.g., signature process, POA process, annual accounts process).
  • Liaise closely with colleagues in Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and other core functions to direct governance issues through the appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • 10+ years within the Legal field, in-house or private practice firm.
  • Notary Public license or willingness to become a notary.
  • Experience with Section 16 and related Insider Trading programs preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
