About the Role

The Position of Official Visitor:

This role involves visiting custodial centres to monitor conditions and treatment of inmates. As a community-based appointment made by the Minister for Corrections, you will be working to ensure that inmates receive fair treatment and are provided with opportunities to participate in their rehabilitation.
