Job Opportunity

Seeking a diligent team member to deliver exceptional customer service and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering high-standard customer service to clients, scheduling and coordinating service work efficiently. Liaise with technicians and tradespersons to provide accurate support and generate reports, quotations, and communications.

Generate periodic maintenance programs for pumping systems and develop new business opportunities. Troubleshoot pumps and equipment, write up assessments, and develop new skills.

Requirements:

At least five years of experience servicing pumps and pumping systems is essential. Hold relevant certifications such as LF ticket or Electrical Trade Certificate.

Broad knowledge of different pump types and brands, competence with IT, and excellent communication skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Dismantling, inspecting, repairing, and re-assembling pumps; assembling valves and manifolds; installing guide rail systems and pipework.

Safe operation of a forklift in a warehouse environment is also beneficial.

Personal Qualities:

Accountability, trustworthiness, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and time management skills are essential for this role.
