Job Title: Service Equipment Specialist

Pump Service Fitters are required to carry out daily service activities including internal and external repairs, assessments of pumps and equipment, ensuring completed jobs meet acceptable standards before being dispatched.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out service activities efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Assess pumps and equipment for repair or replacement
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and monitor equipment performance
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth business operations
  • Ensure a clean and organized workshop environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Trade qualification in Fitting (electrical or mechanical)
  • Disconnect/Reconnect restricted electrical knowledge preferred
  • Confined space experience
  • Valid car license and forklift operation certification
  • Rotating equipment repair experience, particularly with pumps

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintaining ISO compliance and OHS standards
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
  • Minimizing job returns and customer complaints
