Crowdace Bay is a well-resourced therapy center where you will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists who are experts in their respective fields. You will have the chance to work independently and collaboratively, making informed decisions that shape the care provided.

The Physiotherapist will be part of a mixed caseload with a strong focus on paediatrics, establishing a solid foundation of experience. You will have the opportunity to mentor and supervise new graduates and students, if desired. Additionally, you will collaborate with research institutes and influence evidence-based practices.

This role offers extensive professional development opportunities, equating up to $20,000 a year, prioritizing your growth. You will also enjoy flexibility in working hours, compressed hours, and the option for both part-time and full-time positions.

We offer a relocation allowance of $5,000 for those moving for this role. You will also benefit from detailed clinical supervision and work closely with our Clinical Governance team, invested in your success. Furthermore, you can save up to $2,650 per year on taxes through our meal, entertainment, and venue hire benefit.

In addition to these benefits, you will have access to discounted gym/fitness center memberships, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and 2 weeks of paid partner leave. You will also enjoy additional leave days, including bonus leave, pre-purchased leave, compassionate leave, and CPA day, an extra public holiday (between Boxing Day and New Year's Day).

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy, evidence of current AHPRA registration or a willingness to attain it, and a current driver's license.
