Arcare is a leading provider of aged care residences across Australia. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist for our Warner's Bay residence.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through the delivery of evidence-based, active interventions.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team at Arcare Warner's Bay, a premium suite residence.

Your primary responsibility will be to build open and respectful relationships with our clients and families, treating every interaction as an opportunity to bring respect, life, and joy to the relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing functional assessments on admission with periodic reviews
  • Developing tailored treatment plans
  • Delivering therapy services in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Attending to referrals and post-fall reviews
  • Manual handling training
  • Documenting treatment planning and interventions
  • Leading and supervising Allied Health Assistants
  • Contributing to multi-disciplinary team meetings
Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or higher
  • Right to Work in Australia

In terms of salary, we estimate that this position will attract around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
