About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at SYC Limited. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, and ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Manage complex employee complaints, grievances, and workplace investigations, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of people management, including recruitment, selection, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the achievement of business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Contribute to the analysis of exit survey data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the Employee Development Program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and development opportunities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to improve HR processes.
  • Knowledge of employment law and relevant industrial instruments, including modern awards.
